Respect for us also means treating all members of staff fraternity equally regardless of cadre whilst doing the same for stakeholders. It also means being sensitive to different temperament because not all people can tolerate certain jokes.

It is extremely important that all staff respect deadlines since it ensures we deliver within time and budget. If unable to meet a deadline, it is important to mitigate speaking up early to avert a crisis. Adhering to rules, regulations and chain of command is helpful in maintaining order and harmony in an organization. It also aids decision making at all levels thereby reducing on the turnaround time.


At NETFUND, delivering the highest quality work is our target. We demonstrate this by pushing our limits by going beyond the call of duty to accomplish tasks. Going the extra mile, giving our all and setting stretch goals means we will achieve 101% of the targets set in our work plans and over ally in the NETFUND strategy. Reporting to work on time and pushing to meet deadlines would indicate we are committed to the bigger picture not just our part in the team.

Being NETFUND brand ambassadors in social circles including social media demonstrates passion. This indeed adds value to our work by amplifying our impact. In this manner, our stakeholders can understand what we do and how their support contributes to greater impact.
