Respect for us also means treating all members of staff fraternity equally regardless of cadre whilst doing the same for stakeholders. It also means being sensitive to different temperament because not all people can tolerate certain jokes.

It is extremely important that all staff respect deadlines since it ensures we deliver within time and budget. If unable to meet a deadline, it is important to mitigate speaking up early to avert a crisis. Adhering to rules, regulations and chain of command is helpful in maintaining order and harmony in an organization. It also aids decision making at all levels thereby reducing on the turnaround time.
