Our Strategy

In the previous strategic period, 2015-2018, NETFUND developed more than 60 green businesses that have transformed more than 80,000 lives directly, through the provision of clean drinking water, clean and renewable energy, and has increased climate resiliency for more than 20,000 smallholder farmers in the country.

In our next strategic period 2018-2023, NETFUND has set out an ambitious plan aimed at building up a diversified pool of funding resources from international development partners and national budgets. We aim to finance environmental research and capacity building projects and initiatives in biodiversity conservation, pollution control, waste management, resource efficient and clean production and the restoration of forests and vital ecosystems.
