Designing Bankable Projects and Writing Winning Proposals

  This is advanced level training on resources mobilization with a focus on projects design and development and writing winning proposals. Writing a Winning Proposal is the first step towards securing resources. The participants will have a practical writing session and tips for a winning proposal. Also, they will have an opportunity to enhance their skills on a winning pitch for proposals and practice this through a donor market experience on final day of training. This training is tailor-made to deliver on Project Ideation, Proposal Writing, and Presentation to actual Donors through the Donor Marketplace.

Training Objectives

  • This training aims to address this gap and impart participants with the skills needed to identify a problem, design a solution, plan activities, research and write an outstanding proposal that will successfully persuade the target donor to support the proposed project.

Training Outcomes

  • Acquire skills of writing winning proposals. 
  • Acquire skills of making powerful pitches to donors. 
  • Develop at least one concept/proposal for funding. 
  • Participants to establish partnerships and collaborative networks for joint mobilization of resources.
