National Environment Trust Fund (NETFUND) is a state corporation under the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry in Kenya that is responsible for mobilizing, availing and managing resources for environmental management in the country. As such the Fund actively creates, nurtures and maintain strategic partnerships to support climate action in the country. 
To accelerate the achievement of the environment agenda, and given that the environment is a shared responsibility, there is need for enhanced partnerships and concerted action from multi stakeholders. Such partnerships enable actors pool their individual strengths and capabilities to address insurmountable environmental challenges faster and in a more sustainable way.
